what P2O investors don't control are time lines
interested parties *do* however to some degree but as noted elsewhere
earlier today .. foundations for *insurance issuances* (as rumored last year)
aren't what they used to be with one of the major players no longer *participating*
that reality impacts other aspects
i can take comfort from the 8K filed last week that RH's *time line*
has been granted an extension thru EOY ..
hopefully all *interested* parties building a *foundation* .. can align events accordingly
