Consider, you are a CEO and have a new President who is coordinating a company strategy to improve your products and coordinated your multiple human trials in the fastest manner possible at the best possible facilities. You are in the final stretch of a lawsuit that appears you should win. You are talking with multiple BPs on potential partnerships that will dramatically increase the valuation of your company. What would one do? Pump the stock to someone that posts your comments in chatrooms?... No.
I would win the lawsuit, do nothing that could interfere with the rightful outcome. Appropriately PR outcomes of completed stages of human trial results, the company status and future plans. Continue to spend my time updating and negotiating with the multiple interested pharms to insure that when all the pieces produces a product(s) that are ready for partnership, pull the trigger on the agreement. After the ink has dried, inform the public. The chat rooms will say whatever they want in the interim and people will be placing their bets in the casino called the stock market. Never risk the company's success with a few 'friends' from the internet world.
