Intereconomia's article starts like "... Concordia se perfila como ganador en la puja por Pernix".
What is being circulated in the translations are: "Concordia has been outlined as winning in the bids for Pernix" or "Concordia emerges as winner in the bid for Permix". These are not the exact meaning. Don't blame anybody, that's what you get in the automated translators.
The exact meaning would be like "Concordia leads in the bids for Pernix". The real meaning indicates that this is not a done deal and may explain why there's no Press Release from the company. The only bad side I see is that this may still take some time. The good side is that in these kids of operations, those bids are binding bids. Also, if additional time is given, it is to give other interested parties a chance to present higher bids.
