2. What's the royalty on this non owned company product (flat pack)

From the patent it sure looks like it belongs to Barnhizer and Faro, not Nanologix. Developed in collaboration with.... Says nothing about belonging to the company.

Board of Directors consist of 3. Barnhizer, Chatterton and Long.
Others listed are Advisory Board Members not directors.
"NNLX has had a strong board of directors ..." Operative word is HAD.
The chances of success are real, the only question is who will benefit, shareholders or patent owners.
