Looks like Star Park did indeed expand their footprint as was reported at the time TSU approved the proposal a year or 2 ago. Looks like the building is substantially bigger, particularly as seen from the new secondary driveway entrance on McCarty Ln. & is even more pronounced in the updated aerial view:
