also, people seem to think an uplist is occuring monday.
that simply isn't true.
the company has submitted its application with OTC markets to move up from pink to QB but this must happen first:
1) they receive a "no further comments" letter from the SEC.
or
2) RMHB files it's first 10-K.
then it will be eligible to move to the OTC QB.
what happens on monday is that RMHB is cleared of the 60 day waiting period.
didn't you read the news report 2 days ago - the shareholders announcement?
