Bid at .0002 was 118M - sideline sitters on the bid missed the chance to hit the ask at .0003 as they were mostly taken with a 28.8M slap at 09:39:20.
Looks like the same might happen at .0004 - only 25M there.
If just one third of that bid slaps the ask, this could move up a few ticks rapidly..
Only 3 x MM under .0030.
