All I saw was a Tweet from GM Tech (who is also Berkshire Agent on iHub) and a PSG Asst Mod to that affect. I wasn't really sure what it meant as I'd be surprised if the DoD lost a lawsuit with a contractor.

However, $BTGI is in the business of facilitating logistics and transportation documentation for the military - the requirements for which change all the time - and I'm guessing it is possible that due to changed circumstances / locations a fixed length contract might have had to be terminated early - but I really don't know but definitely worth considering as a possibility of an additional factor not in the price.
