But, Cellceutix still "paid" in stock (although, warrants at this stage), but I am assuming that Cellceutix will not or cannot or should not (all the same for argument sake) retract these warrants due to a ruling in their favor. Those warrants already exist, so to undo this, Cellceutix would need to buy-back the 1 million shares with the sanction money which should have a component equal to 1.7million (the price of the warrants)? Or would it only be the 432k? I have no experience with these things, I'll be curious how this all unfolds.
