Reading that post on FB regarding the new share structure, i think something big might be in the works. Why else would they create super voting right shares? If it was left as is, they would have had to contact a large number of the top common stock holders and try and get them to all be on one page. That is a difficult thing. So, by creating these positions, i think something that requires a vote is coming down the pike. Is it bad? nothing in all the DD seems to point in that direction. However, all dd and other indicators point to something perhaps big. Just my take.
