I own an Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company in Texas. The energy sector employment market is dead. It will take $50+ oil to see advances. I have laid off many and am presently not hiring, and I don't know a single colleague who is hiring. In other words, AFPW is entering a dead market. I'll wait for performance.
