I agree with Papa Nasty. I saw it the same way reading from the posts that Speculator provided. They never really started the certification process until 2006.

They just had a very hard time trying to raise capital and got screwed by one of the investment company, thus they decided to turn to the stock market.

It has been quite a journey for the company but read the posts that Speculator shared and you'll see that iHub users has it all wrong.
