I understand your pain, and I can understand how it can be perceived as a management snub....
Another opinion for consideration is it could also be a survival tactic necessary for an incredibly competitive and volatile business environment
Your in a situation where it's sometimes uncertain who your supporters are or who your detractors are....
The end result is an effort to create long term and lasting shareholder value for the future....not the short term... That may require some silence until the plan is ready to execute fully. No one really knows at this point....
