the pps is manipulated by the MM .....they make it whatever they want in order to make as much money as they can.....OTC 101.
They share price will respond appropriately when NTEK gives it a reason to, such as sustained profitability and a way to get there....in other words....a work in progress......
The stock will then move beyond the ultimate control of the MM's and start responding like a normal business.
Until those above stated things happen, using a manipulated share price as a gauge of progress is an exercise in futility...it's not real....
