Well....quite frankly.....arbitration stops war among nations. One of the early ISDS cases was around 1900 concerning a Portuguese railway project. You can also cite around the same time the "near war" among Germany, Great Britain, and Italy against Venezuela over a trade dispute. There was a blockade and Germany actually bombarded Fort San Carlos.
These two matters were arbitrated and settled without war. So no.......I DO NOT WANT GOVERNMENTS INVOLVED! And apparently Democrats and Republicans do not read a damn thing. The only two candidates from both sides that stuck to there guns were Kacich and Bush.......and thankfully the current President. Arbitration and mediation are cornerstone to a non-bias approach. I will take that any day in place of biased NATIONALIST - Non Capitalist treachery.
