I searched on google and found saying of something like Ms. Shell had involved in a lot of " naked shorting " , but I still don't understand how she could be able to intervene CRGP share holders to receive money from the merge .
Could shareholders fight back for their losses ?
I paid much higher costs to trade the stocks prior to the dividends announcement date and before the record date of June 30 , 2016 .
Certainly the loyalty payback from the merge would help .
