Odd investment strategy. It seems more sensible to go after companies that truthful are truthful, profitable, and undergoing explosive growth.
Instead, lets all DCA "targeted OTC's" as they get clobbered by 99.99%, that might be outright lies or scams, with no business to speak of, whose founder was banned for fraud by two regulatory agencies, an so on an so forth.
