Well, I have noticed that the only sure way to be off in a prediction in the OTC is to pick a number. I think doebop's analysis has merit. Regardless of which actual number is tested, there will be a bottom test.
I think when picking to whom you want to pay attention, things like this is important. The ".0008" was the least important point, imo, from the comment that I quoted. That is just a perspective point to show direction. If it tests at .0011 and never goes lower, Doebop's analysis is still valid.
