Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB) announced today that on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, the Company filed a motion in Florida State Court asking the Judge to allow the Company to assert claims against Roy J. Meadows for defamation and usury relating to certain loans he made to the Company. With those claims, RMHB will seek damages exceeding $25 million, including disgorgement of profits on sales of Company stock.
