I heard by rumor they are making it all down in Nola in a family place that has made Jerky for 40 years. This place i also heard process all the meat and its all hand picked form Texas cattle ranches. That HJOE worked with them for a year developing this line and brand. This place also supplies some of the top steak house in the city their meat, but I don't know. I was told this by a dealer.
