reduce government by 50% over time. There is smart technology that does that. 21 Million people work for the US government base on 322,000,000 that number should be no more than 10 Million. that is 30:1.
Secure the borders and oversea's government assets.

Gold standard would most likely be set on the nano gram it is the next progression. The FED would be closed and moved to the Treasury. The FED would be audited. The IRS would be closed and move to the Treasury. When you print gold certificates it makes the FED dollar worthless. Give it a .0001 return on the dollar. SS and Retirement are already secured.
