Last year SHM held August 22. I don't remember when it was announced I'm thinking it was in June. I very much doubt a SHM will be happening any time soon as outgoing management doesn't want to face angry shareholders and try and explain what they did was in the best interest they thought for the company and not the pps. New management in same position as they are not ready to defend previous decisions and are focused on the future at this point. I thought we would hear about the new management team in July but they wanted to get the r/s completed. Still possible for introductions to occur this month and their plan for the future revealed. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they wait till Sept to do so.
