Correcting a well-intentioned error by a poster elsewhere:
The Ashcroft firm's fee is NOT one million shares. It is one million OPTIONS TO BUY shares at the much higher price of 1.70. So, they make NOTHING until the price is 1.71.
This is the most powerful testimonial to the anticipated future price of CTIX stock that I can think of. The guys who know absolutely everything there is to know about CTIX (because they read everything to prepare for the case) are willing to buy this at 1.70 at some time in the future, because they think there is much more upside than that.
