As I recall the fee agreed to was 1 million shares of CTIX. I would love to see Rosen firm ordered to pay court costs in cash and purchase 1 million shares of CTIX in
certificate form from the open market. That would be a beautiful thing and the shares being in certificate form would likely cause those short some real problems.
