That is one astute observation.
That would be the second catalyst to send this upward. Once they
verify their progress, these levels will be long gone. I suspect
under a penny will be gone within a day or two.
The first catalyst will be a resolution to KBM. Those two things
are intertwined. I suspect that if either of those are announced,
BOOM! Plus, within a month of a KBM announcement, the
PR about filing would occur.
When that happens, nobody knows. KBM is going to take their time on this one. But, the funny thing is, the company just soldiers
on. Eventually the PPS will reflect the progress that they are making
