Where I lived in Illinois and it is true all up and down the Mississippi. The jobs are in Iowa and Missouri. Why buy local at a higher price Same for the most part on the Indiana side. Rest of Illinois is Rural farming or Coal. I80 has spot company's on it . Then there is Chicago There is about 1 Million people that live in the middle...very rural
