I saw that post and you are right.. it makes no sense. I am pretty sure the company would have to file that they are doing a buy back. He would also need to file that he is selling. He is limited to only selling 2% of his holdings a year I believe. Unless of course he wants to go to Martha Stewart prison. If he did this, the only way he could get out of going to jail would be to make a donation to the Clinton Foundation or the Obama Library.
