I just spoke with Stephen Roberts (SEC Counsel for NTEK). I got the number from the Investor Relations drop-down at ntek.com.
He didn't really know what's going on but said he mainly deals with the restricted shares. I asked him if he knew of anyone requesting to sell any restricted shares and he said he doesn't recall. He also wants me to send him an email...asking questions and he will try to get a hold of someone to find out any information.
Honestly, I'm not crazy "Stock savy", So I would rather someone else send him an email. Any bidders?
