The new form 10-12G is in all essence RMHB's response to question submitted by the SEC for clarification on reporting issues.
This is the NORMAL process to becoming a fully reporting company with the SEC.
This will NOT DELAY the process of RMHB upgrading to the OTCQB market tier.
