Answer: Last week, August 9, CEO Bill McKay met with Hong Kong oil buyers to discuss a plan for them to use TPACs Export Import Assurance service to move 60M barrels of BCLO over a 12 month period destined to a China oil tank farm. Average price $41 dollars per barrel.
