I agree Jeff, this area looks good. Fwiw the buyers of all of that dumping was mostly us, so I don't think you see it come flying back now or anytime soon. Slow and steady, flippers will get out and stock will eventually be in smarter hands. Trips may have been quite a gift, I know I took advantage.
