BILL abandoned his NAFTA ch.11 claim when he filed a Federal claim for relief back in Feb. for $15 Million. A far cry from the 5 Billion he sought through NAFTA.
The doctrine of Collateral Estoppel will BAR Bill from arguing his claim for relief twice before an adjudicating tribunal.
Also BILL has abandoned our Zoning Appeal which takes our money and interest out of the game.
Bill can not remedy Zoning in Federal Court, they lack Jurisdiction.
Look up the jurisdiction of the federal courts Canada.
So with out Nafta, without our OMB appeal BILL has abandoned us shareholders to fend for themselves. He is slowly fading away and dropping all litigation.
Without Zoning Bill has no Federal Claim. Expect the Federal Suit filed in Feb. to be dropped as well.
