Good point and IMO a point that easily gets forgotten. Less than 8 months ago, the founder of Baltia passed away and was running the company himself it sounds like from the financial statement. This is a quote from the 10K:
Now, management has to cipher though all the information of where Igor had everything ranging from certification, future plans, accounting, etc. all the while moving the company forward through certification. Being the complex industry that they plan to operate in, thats a lot to be working on concurrently. IMO I think they are doing well with what they have and recognizing when they need help from outside organizations i.e. CP Capital and the hiring of the former FAA senior policy executive to help them move the certification along.
IMO, management can and will get this done.
Quote:
Igor Dmitrowsky, chairman and president, chief executive officer and CFO, founded the Company in August 24, 1989. Managing daily operations of the Company had been his full-time occupation and executive profession throughout those years. The centralized control of the Company by a single person is being modified following his death.
