Nobilis hasn't done anything lately, I don't know if they've 'disappeared' but they don't seem to be doing business. They have been mentioned in the case a number of times, as they are one of the clients of Darbie that executed the CRGP trades thru COR last August. See lines 11 and 12 in this link as an example:

Adam Carter, like Nobilis, isn't doing anything now either. A year ago he was ONLY available by email apparently, and was so quick to get involved when the heat was on. The fact that he sent a key reply email to Carlos Salas just 5 minutes after Salas went looking for information, then hours later emailed Yarmish of Darbie asking him not to freeze Nobilis' account tells me it was of the utmost importance to set the stage for how things were going to play out.
Will Etrade insist on FINRA arbitration? Probably. The key question is what will Judge Strom do in that situation. Given all the information currently held under seal in his case, I don't think Etrade will get off scott free in the federal case. At some point the NE case will be heard or settled imo.
