Filing for an extention is not a negative, it is done all the time, especially in OTC. The SEC allows such, Baltia does it all the time, so no big deal.

If there is nothing significantly new to report, repeating past statements is no big deal either, yet will confirm they remain on the same course.

Just repetition of things we already know, such as the note is due, over and over again...old news.
