because odds are the MM will swap that ask around depending on decoys' required ..

also remember folks should try to check on data reported to FINRA

MM Monthly is key re: OTC stox .. only those who *actually* (i.e.not decoys)
do the transactions .. report that volume monthly to FINRA ..

this is key for when one spots a decoy showing 24/7 .. with *monster* sized
asks who then reports less than 1% of the total month's volume

also every time ARCA is utilized (ECN for hire) .. realize odds are that that
*volume* gets reported re: ATS Dark Pool (also runs 4 weeks in arrears
re: reporting) .. suspect intent is for most *retail* to lose focus on what
happens and when
