The person from BTL is one working there who likely deals with many companies and so if he's not heard the long name of Trans-Pacific Aerospace but only TPAC, it's quite possible he did not know it.
Bill told me months ago the owner of BTL is a friend. And when I submitted written questions to IR, I stated that... so on the conf. call James stated he could not address the 'friendship' factor as he went on to say they've been involved since 2011.
