Just thinking out loud here...
Under the MMAR, outdoor growing is allowed. Between site one and site two, there is a lot of property. If CEN becomes a "designated grower" for individuals, perhaps they would grow both indoors and outdoors?
I wonder what Ed would have to say about that? LOL!
