I agree on the stock making it to the "low cents" range. I am probably only averaged down to the " 1 cent range" at best. Had my early shares higher.
Have not bought a ton at this lower price.

On how much money he would need to go private, I was thinking because he owns maybe around 80%, some kind of "hocus-pocus" could be used to lessen the out of pocket amount (inventive financing). He would essentially be paying himself.
In my mind, that would leave a lot of "extra" to cover the cost of a short term loan?
Using my bad math, 1billion to make it work, he would benefit by about 800 million dollars. Someone would probably be interested in 8 million or so to give that loan?
He would incur a tax liability, but I would think some magic could be used to lessen the amount?

The advantage seems like a lot less compliance paperwork that would need to be put out. He would also have some operating cash for projects.
The China deal would easily have day to day money, plus some, rolling in.
