No that's is incorrect. Processor 3 ran a combination of htf and plastic. Processor 2 never really ran for a substantial amount of time due to the fact that the pet coke removing unit was never put on that processor, thus the downtime needed to clean that machine really made obsolete. With modifications it could be usable IMO, but modifications to the building would be needed to accommodate those modifications, I believe.
