I am in no way the smartest guy here, or a business expert.
My 1st question in this scenario, is why would Coates not go private, soon after getting some cash?
The stock price is near worthless, shouldn't be that much I would think?
2nd question would be just how much can this really help the stock price?
To me, $100,000,000 will not go very far with the number of outstanding shares plus I would imagine a good chunk would go towards bonuses and or money owed?
