A reverse split followed by dilution causes the pps to go down which means a greater amount of dilution is required due to the lower pps which again makes the pps go down, only more this time because the dilution is greater. This cycle will continue until we are in the trips .... this month .... if the 'plan' is to wait until September to do something out loud to try to save the day.
