To TPAC Shareholders:
TPAC and BTL have a history in the production of the TPAC spherical bearing as BTL manufactures a piece of the subsystem therefore a business relationship and this is what spearheaded the new business relationship.
CEO Bill McKay however does not refer to the BTL factory in an ownership title.
Matter of fact TPAC has always listed BTL for acquisition; as you know for the China Sovereign Loan Guarantee program.
TPAC can not own any facility it is sending product to. So it is for certain that Bill did not use the term in the way that it was used to make that email inquiry.
