Is depending on the position of UK and London (Crown) as they did leave the EU, is Bankrupt the dollar, go with the Crown Sterling suspend the FED and IRS.
Under that standard we would become a Common Wealth and Congress could be fired under Maritime Law. Then appoint Lords to the parliament and vote in those to the house of commons to represent The United States "The Company". .
Effectively severing relations to the Bankers and RCC. They get the Bankrupted US dollar.
