First comes the steps involved.
As mogman said on the other board this may be the first step and GC might not want to do an exclusive deal.

I am not so sure at this point. A deal where we can get a very large licensing fee upfront could change things and free up GC to work on his other engine projects (which he always has) such as the truck , boats, motorcylces, hydrogen etc.

I think he would do it for the right terms.

so I think the first step is the negotiations , then signing a deal, then getting a large upfront fee. At that point we can get larger media coverage, but would have to wait until that point.

then we can explode.

it is a lot of if's though , but think about the stock valued at a few hundred million at least. it changes things.
