An exclusive license deal.
I know we have to wait for the details and this worked out and anything could go wrong still.
lets just review the past license deals and how this is different.
1- This isnt well to wire paying 5 mill for a north american license deal for coates to manufacture engines.
2- this isnt renown (which is coates power offshoot )paying coates int 100 m for a license deal.
this is potentially a large chinese company paying coates a large sum of money (9 figures) to manufacture engines themselves.
Coates would get a very large amount of money -UPFRONT and get payments and residuals based on engines sold.
100m + upfront- changes things here.
but we know the past. So lets keep the faith.
