US check engine stats YTD, we had a slight dip in July, 3 of our largest customers had slightly fewer transactions however August is looking stronger, numbers shown represent the first 4 days of August.
The transaction volume from Zipmark has been minimal, we are however again working on the joint press release,
We have also been working with Cuallixs bank on a possible integration that would allow Cuallix to launch our services.
We have a plan to spin off GreenPay to shareholders, the business still needs a bank partner to operate. We were hoping to have a bank in place before the spin off so that the company is ready to generate revenue. We have been trying to secure a bank relationship, or partner with a company that has a bank relationship. Banks are handling cash for the industry but don't admit to it. I believe federal law will change and banks will enter the industry, in the interim, we will continue to look for bank partners.
I am hearing next week for Africa bank 1, but I cannot confirm it.
