We'll get some interesting info on Aug. 15, when we read what it is that Sullivan is asking for in the way of sanctions against the Rosen firm. If nothing else, it will be a fun read. But, I think we'll get a recitation of their sins, and you never know, there might be some new stuff there that we non-lawyers didn't think of.

I'm assuming that this is something that gets disclosed -- but, you never know, because lawyers always seem to protect each other, maybe Rosen can get this to be sealed -- not publicly available. THAT would be rotten.
