NTEKD trading summary:
1st day of NTEKD (post R/S) - July 13th. From that date, I've pulled AlanC's daily short report - it details volume and short volume. I've totaled this through August 5th.
Total short volume = 1,458,810 shares.
On August 9th, Firebird advised that the O/S was the same as August 5th - 88,026,712 (post #64139). The O/S started ~80M (slightly less) on 7/13, so figure 8,000,000 in dilution.
Total short interest and dilution - 9,458,810
Total shares traded 7/13 to 8/5 - 10,405,951
This means that 91% of the shares traded during this time were either part of dilution from NTEK or part of short interest.
No wonder the PPS is where it is at. Very frustrated long...
