Chart nonsense is irrelevant in the OTC market at this price level - there is no substitute for knowing how to interpret L2 action in real time.
With VNDM retreating to .05 without selling anything, there are only 4 x MM in action below .05.
Only the lowest ask for each shows at any time - each may have some at the next level.
91M loaded so far today in the .0029>.0063 range.
Only a few flippers in the way of a move up - mostly selling 50K> <1M at a time.
